YOUR FREE GIFT: ETERNAL LIFE
Enjoyment of a free gift is a simple fact of life. Who doesn't enjoy free gifts? Now, under ordinary circumstances, you do not have to for a free gift, right? Nor do you have to deserve it or do anything to earn it.
Please carefully consider the following Scriptures which describe for us God's free gift.
Romans 5:15 “But not as the offence [sin], so also is the free gift. For if through the offence [sin] of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. (16) And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. (17) For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) (18) Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Ephesians 2:8 “ For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Now, a very practical question. How do you obtain a free gift? YOU SIMPLY RECEIVE IT BY FAITH
John 1:12 “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:…” Jesus Christ came into this world, died as the Substitute for our sins. Today, He offers Himself as the Free Gift of God. Will you turn to Him today and trust Him for His free salvation? If not, why not?
